Who you are:

A mature, driven, and reliable professional interested in building and scaling the accounting processes of an early stage, high-growth technology software company. You will report directly to the VP of Finance and work closely with other leaders of the company. You will have the responsibility and latitude to establish best practices and guide the accounting framework, starting with taking over and enhancing the basic accounting operations. You are a self-starter with proven accounting knowledge and ability to meet deadlines. This is a great opportunity to come in at a key time of growth and make a huge impact.

Senior Accountant Job Duties:

• Help manage all accounting processes of a fast growing business including invoicing, A/R, A/P, expense management, and payroll.


• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.


• Maintains and balances accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.


• Assists in development of internal controls and streamlining of processes.


• Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.


• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• CPA preferred.


• Full financial close cycle experience required.


• Demonstrates strong working knowledge of US GAAP and Revenue Recognition.


• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and prioritization skills; interested in identifying and fixing problems.


• Excellent teamwork, including the ability to interact with all organization levels.
