We are hiring a Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing lifecycle marketing and direct marketing campaigns for consumers.

- Builds, develops and executes consumer lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Uses various marketing vehicles for consumer acquisition, revenue growth and customer engagement
- Improves processes for delivering, tracking, reporting and analyzing lead generation efforts
- Synthesizes data to develop test plans for keeping customers engaged
- Knows how to get things done efficiently and isn’t afraid to roll up sleeves
- Analyzes and reports on results of all marketing campaigns
What does a day look like for the Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager?
- Use email, text, direct mail and other marketing vehicles for consumer acquisition, revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Coordinate development and delivery of email programs, including promotional announcements, monthly newsletters, trigger programs and targeted campaigns.
- Closely monitor email deliverability using intimate knowledge of email industry.
- Use analytics and analytics tools to measure success of campaigns and to optimize campaigns and create executable marketing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years email/text/CRM/direct mail marketing experience
- Hands-on experience building and deploying email and text campaigns using automation tools (ExactTarget experience a plus)
- Proven experience using analytics and analytics tools to measure success and optimize campaigns
Skills for the ideal candidate:
- Proficiency with HTML and CSS (Programming and SQL knowledge a plus)
- Excellent communication and analytic skills
- Always trying to optimize and find efficiency
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent project management, time management and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
