The Senior Business Analyst understands how the client operates its business by analyzing and synthesizing information provided by client stakeholders, subject matter experts, technology professionals, and executives as well as the appropriate internal people and departments. The Business Analyst is responsible for  clearly and thoroughly defining business needs and requirements, providing all stakeholders with visibility to the true scope of projects, by  facilitating communications between clients and internal resources. The Business Analyst is responsible for aligning the needs of the client with the capabilities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Eliciting and organizing business / project requirements
• Managing business requirements at the project level to help fulfill business needs
• Developing technical solutions to business problems by defining, analyzing and documenting requirements
• Assisting with the business case
• Translating and simplifying requirements
• Managing and communicating business requirements
• Requirements analysis
• Scope management
• Work with internal and client facing business owners
• Business analysis within an agile environment

Required Skills:

• 7+ years’ experience in business analysis in enterprise software implementations on a global scale
• Highly resourceful, confident under pressure, and professionally resourceful
• Strong understanding of data management plans / client specifications and technical acumen for data entry, data integrations, API’ s and EDI
• Agile Software Development experience
• Self-motivated with a high level of energy and drive for achievement
• Strong communications skills including raising issues and risks appropriately
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle, ability to educate team on practices
• Proficient working with all departments to gather, confirm and execute on client requirements
• Disposition to gain trust, drive change, and lead a team to success
• Ability to multitask
• Expert business analysis skills, problem solving skills and ability to work in a team and collaborative environment
• Proficient with MS Office tools especially Project, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
