WHO ARE YOU
You are an experienced conference and events marketer that will use your industry knowledge to ensure we have the highest impact presence at trade-shows nationwide. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify goals, strategize and execute memorable brand experiences that drive impact and action. As the senior conference and events specialist it’s essential that you have experience managing end-to-end conference presence and are a skilled project manager with the ability to ensure all stakeholders are working together to deliver high-quality events.
You have a passion for creative event production and thrive in a culture of innovation. Experience working in the healthcare conference space is a plus. You understand the importance of developing an integrated marketing strategy to achieve event goals - you evaluate ROI, collect feedback and focus on optimizing future lead generation opportunities. You’re seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity.
Qualifications:
5+ years in a conference marketing role
Strong attention to detail, self-motivated with excellent project management skills
Confident negotiator who evaluates opportunities with value on return at the forefront
Solution focused and comfortable in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
Skilled in multi-tasking and able to manage multiple projects at once
Highly collaborative, with a can-do attitude
