We are building a world-class legal department focused on providing excellent service to our internal business clients and creating the legal infrastructure that will support Outcome Health as we scale-up rapidly. We are looking to add a brilliant, business-minded attorney with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in healthcare regulatory practice. Experience at law at a top-tier law firm, with additional in-house experience considered a great asset. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a full suite of compliance policies, procedures, and training end-to-end and advising on regulatory matters. To be successful in this role you must be comfortable thinking through business and operational issues that arise in policy implementation and collaborating cross-functionally. While you will certainly use your healthcare law skills every day, as a small legal department we need lawyers who are not just comfortable, but relish wearing many hats. We envision this role consisting of 70% healthcare compliance-related work and the rest a mix of member contracts, vendor contracts and litigation. This is a fast-paced job for a lawyer who can juggle multiple projects, prioritize and reprioritize as things change and who demonstrates excellent judgment in knowing when to be flexible and when to draw a hard line or escalate an issue. Qualifications:

• The ability to meet the needs of a high-growth, fast-paced company
• J.D. from top law school
• Demonstrated success at top tier firm and/or corporate legal department
• Minimum 7 years’ experience advising on healthcare and life science regulations including federal and state healthcare fraud waste and abuse laws (False Claims Act, Stark Laws, and Anti-kickback Statute, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience developing implementing and administering healthcare compliance programs
• Excellent business and legal judgment
• Collaborative leader and strong team player
• Displays and promotes high standards of ethical conduct
