Senior Delivery Manager
The Senior Delivery Manager will work closely with Digital Marketers, Engineers, Interaction Designers and other stakeholders to help define, prioritize and deploy new or improved enterprise web sites and mobile applications. They will bring an ‘own-it’ attitude to build great websites, ensure a remarkable experience for our clients and drive the associated project discovery and development activities. The Senior Delivery Manager will thrive in an environment where new and different challenges are presented in each project and they are capable of leading their team through thick and thin. The right candidate will pride themselves on establishing a trusted advisor relationship with Rise leadership team and ensure our web and mobile application teams are consistently delivering for our clients. Additionally, this person will support Sales, Marketing and Client Service teams with product marketing and launch efforts.
Defines and manages key customer web and mobile projects from concept to completion.
Provides input into and helps in the selling of Rise Web and Mobile application development solutions, proposal development, change requirements, some marketing/PR initiatives, and developing customer relationships and analyzing the customer's business
Leads and collaborates with dedicated project team to deliver and support scalable web and mobile app solutions.
Helps in training and knowledge transfer activities for the tools and technologies we implement and stays abreast of new and innovative trends in web and mobile application development and delivery.
Own and provides a variety of traditional project management deliverables including schedules, resource plans, budgets, status reports and program communications, decision logs, and a wide variety of project presentations.
Establishes and evolves a delivery framework and methodology to ensure web and mobile applications are consistently delivered with zero critical defects and achieves clients stated goals.
Partners with Rise and client infrastructure teams to ensure maximum scalability, elasticity, and extensibility of the digital platforms being implemented.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Required Skills:Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience; significant and demonstrable experience in leading the delivery of multiple enterprise web and mobile applications
Collaborating with and leading UX interaction designers and front-end developers to create compelling web and mobile app prototypes and systems
Leading teams to implement a major commercial Content Management System (CMS); Adobe Experience Manager highly desired.
