LearnCore is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to plan, build and optimize our marketing initiatives. We want big thinkers. This is a individual contributor role, where you will work with the CEO and CRO to define the high impact marketing plan that will scale LearnCore. We are a results focused company that has significant upward mobility. Using digital and traditional media, you will be responsible for generating inbound interest and creating a leading brand: quality web site traffic, and set up B2B campaigns. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an agile, fast and innovative environment where tracking and analytics is crucial.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the strategy, execution, analysis, and on-going optimization of LearnCore’s online marketing presence.
  • Collaborate with the executives to create and articulate successful positioning & plan quarterly/annual marketing strategy.
  • Create strategy to build the LearnCore brand and grow awareness in the market.
  • Forecast and manage inbound marketing activities to develop new customer acquisition programs which will achieve specific market share and revenue objectives.
  • Leverage marketing campaigns to create value for prospects; provide reporting to validate lead generation efforts.
  • Executing on regional marketing events with our target audience for lead generation and relationship building.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Recognized team player with strong leadership skills, comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Be able to work with marketing partners and third party marketing vendors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing; Graduate degree a plus.
  • 6+ years related experience in a digital marketing role; B2B experience is a plus
  • Experience implementing B2B inbound (pull) marketing strategies for 500 -5,000 person companies
  • Understanding of how to effectively segment, nurture and grow a database of leads and customers
  • Clear knowledge and experience of marketing/sales metrics. Know how to track and how to improve them.
  • Proven ability to design and develop online promotional materials
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster cross-functional teamwork between sales, marketing, and development
  • Technical knowledge: Hubspot, Salesforce and Wordpress
