Senior Online Marketing Manager
As a Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a key role on the consumer marketing team and own the affiliate, partner and data acquisition channels for GoHealth, a trusted and approved health insurance exchange by Obama’s administration. The ideal candidate will plan and execute the overall acquisition strategy for growth in key markets, build and monitor forecasts, develop new partnerships and drive incremental engagement from existing relationships while working in a performance driven environment. You will be a team-player who is a self-starter, curious and eager to learn, and well organized. High attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills is a must.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for driving acquisitions and maximizing ROI in a dynamic marketplace environment through affiliate marketing and data acquisition channels
· Evaluate and develop new affiliate and data acquisition partnership opportunities
· Manage existing relationships with key media partners to increase acquisitions and quality of these acquisitions
· Analyze reporting, as well as partner insights, to recommend strategic improvements
· Responsible for performance measurement and forecasting revenue targets
· Develop strategy and execute plans to measurably grow affiliate and data acquisition business
· Negotiating and managing contracts and commission structures
· Provide oversight and recommend strategic and tactical plans for affiliate and data acquisition programs, processes and new initiatives
· Manage communications between operations, technology and creative teams to ensure all deliverables are met
· Screen current and potential affiliates and partners for fraudulent activities and compliance with terms of service and other guidelines
· Develop criteria to gauge viability of new and innovative opportunities
Qualifications:
· 4+ years prior experience in Media or Affiliate Marketing
· Strong verbal, written and in-person communication skills required
· Proven negotiator who can build strong partnerships with partners
· Must be able to work independently and drive results and performance
· Ability to work under pressure
· Strong understanding of ROI-oriented marketing and internet advertising models
· Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
· Ability to work collaboratively across divisions in a results-driven setting
· Ability to handle multiple priorities in a demanding environment
