Senior Platform Engineer - AI
SpringCM is looking for a Platform Engineer with strong Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) skills. The successful candidate will be part of our growing team of agile backend engineers with a solid computer science background and a focus on analytics and big data. The candidate will be tasked with researching, evaluating and comparing existing relevant frameworks and tools and provide guidance on their adoption. Furthermore she/he will be responsible for designing, implementing, deploying and operating NLP solutions using those tools as part of the SpringCM analytics framework. At
SpringCM we are handling billions of requests every month so attention to scale, efficiency and performance is a must. The successful candidate is expected to be a rock star when it comes to understanding complex systems, concurrency, production ready code. - BCS in Computer Science w/ focus on Artificial Intelligence
- Strong theoretical knowledge of NLP and machine learning algorithms
- Strong experience with large scalable NLP and machine learning frameworks
- Practical experience in building Intelligent systems
- Experience with big data frameworks (Cassandra, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop)
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages
- 5+ years of software development experience in Java / Scala
- 2+ years of developing large scalable NLP solutions
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills with strong technical aptitude
