As a Sr. Product Designer you will have autonomy to take ownership of projects and processes for our core design and user experience functions at ReviewTrackers. You will have a strong understanding of mobile and desktop design practices and refine those practices through experimentation and iteration to drive the product forward. At ReviewTrackers, you will be deeply involved in the entire software development lifecycle from ideation to execution and launch. In this role, you will be a key advocate for our customers and will need to be comfortable talking directly to users and acting as a thought leader for all product development and design decisions. In sum, our Sr. UX Designer will maintain an unrelenting focus on high-quality and intuitive product design.
- Architect and design user experiences for B2B and B2C applications
- Lead feature mapping and customer discovery using frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for new + existing products to drive product KPIs
- Collaborate with front-end development team members to maintain and refine design pattern libraries
- Strong visual design aesthetic
- Mastery of wireframing and prototyping
- Working experience with A/B Testing
- 4+ years of design experience, working independently & in group settings
- B2B or B2C SaaS experience
- Track record of setting and executing vision for product design
- Humble pursuit of the best product for our customers
- Knowing when to ask for feedback and when to move forward
- Experience in an agile development environment
- Working knowledge of front-end development for prototyping and proofs of concept
- Working knowledge of Sketch preferred
