The Role

As a Sr. Product Manager at Analyte Health, you will assume ownership for and manage products and enhancements of existing products, taking them through the entire software development lifecycle process from stakeholder interviews, objectives definition all the way through to implementation. Our product development team collaborates closely with a superb development team to create the best solutions possible for our patients. We develop our products based on discovery discussions and user story sessions with business stakeholders, designers and developers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the definition of the product strategy and roadmap with prioritized features and corresponding justification that supports the company’s overall strategy and goals
  • Manage pieces of both the web and phone checkout experiences
  • Lead a small team of product managers, setting priority and providing guidance, training and mentorship
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle of a new product offering, or feature design solutions for systems to improve workflow. Initiatives should plan to:
    • Provide unparalleled quality and care for our patients
    • Enhance the order intake experience
    • Increase conversion on both phone and web
  • Design system improvements to increase efficiency
  • Manage results processing and oversight of results delivery
  • Be the company-wide expert, evangelizer and advocate for the customers and functionality of your products
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create buy-in, educate, respond to business needs and prioritize new features and capabilities
  • Become an expert of product offerings in our market space by evaluating the market landscape to identify opportunities, alternatives or constraints to create an optimal product development strategy
  • Break down requirements and specifications into stories or features designed to facilitate clear understanding and provide concise and accurate direction for our team of developers. 
  • Develop MVP’s to make quick assessments on market viability
  • Participate in our agile development environment by attending our ongoing sprint planning meetings, such as daily standups, estimation, prioritization as well as assisting in QA efforts
  • Define and maintain product KPIs, and use them to measure/report progress and project success/failure

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years in product management/development
  • Prior product work in eCommerce, direct to consumer digital offers (web service platforms and web applications)
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce (SalesForce Admin preferred), email communication tools, such as ExactTarget, and other marketing tools to support product and marketing department initiatives
  • Must be able to manage priorities against needs of customers, internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Self-starter, with strong attention to detail and passion to get the product right and implement on that vision
  • Excellent ability of translating stakeholder requirements into consumable stories
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience integrating with 3rd parties, or managing large integrations preferred
