The Senior PMM, Alliance Partnerships, plays a critical role in ensuring we recruit, grow, and enable our alliance partners, including Global Alliance Partners, consulting organizations, and solution providers. This role is responsible for the creation and implementation of our alliance partner program framework and developing marketing activities that drive adoption of the Quill platform, both within our partner organizations and via co-marketing to end customers. This role will enhance and own the ongoing engagement strategy for our alliance partners ensuring relevant and timely information is created, distributed and easily accessible.

Responsibilities

  • Alliance Partner Program – define and operationalize tiered partner program framework, including creation and management of partner portal.
  • Partner Acquisition – Develop demand generation campaigns to acquire new partners and uncover new opportunities within existing partners.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy – Work closely with Alliances team and Product Management to understand business objectives. Develop and implement co-marketing plans that support revenue targets and drive clear outcomes.
  • Joint Marketing – Create marketing engagement programs that deliver upon agreed marketing activities including development of joint messaging and collateral, sales readiness tools and customer success stories.
  • Performance Measurement -- Continually analyze and track program success. Implement metrics to demonstrate ROI against funding and time investments.
  • Thought Leadership – Develop awareness and thought leadership programs to raise visibility of partnerships. Ensure participation in partner-led executive activities and events to raise our profile.
  • Planning – Obtain a deep understanding of partner growth opportunities and organizational alignment, while anticipating their needs/requirements.
  • Partner Communications & Enablement – Be the Alliance Partner audience owner and drive clear, concise and actionable communications regarding A.I., NLG, and other topics (both programmatic & 1:1). Work cross-functionally to create materials that enable our partners, including playbooks, demos, collateral, proposals, sales material, and presentations.
  • Demos – work closely with sales engineers, product management and R+D to prioritize creation of both visionary and solutions demos.  
  • Marketing Events – Create, plan, and manage relevant Alliance Partner marketing events such as webinars, enablement, workshops, trade shows and conferences.
  • Contractual Agreements – Partner with Channel Sales and Legal to include marketing programs in partner contracts to ensure continued focus on joint goals.

 Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum 7 years working in marketing for a B2B technology company and/or for a professional services company
  • Strong accountability for generating measurable results
  • Strong relationship-building skills, using a collaborative work style
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
  • MBA preferred
  • Willing to travel 2-3 times a month to meet with partners, attend events and support the sales team

Location

We became a distributed workforce in March 2020 as a result of Covid-19 and will remain distributed moving forward. Our Chicago HQ still remains but we want our team to have flexibility around when and where they work.
