RedShelf is looking for a Senior Developer to lead our closely-knit agile platform team. On a daily basis you would be working on creating and overseeing the writing of clean scalable code to launch our next gen. eReader. This would include projects such as adding EPUB3 functionality, improving our analytics, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
10+ years experience in the industry and at 3 years developing
- Has led a team and can apply that leadership experience to this role
- Agile or Scrum experience
Technologies
- Python Language (2.7)
- Django preferred - Flask or Pyramid will work
- Javascript Experience
- Any javascript framework (Angular, React, Mithril)
- Javascript Serverside (node or node.js experience)
Huge Plus
- Experience with Ember
- Any QA experience, project management, or business analytics experience
Nice-to-haves
- Celery
- Rabbitmq
- Elasticsearch
- Redis
- PostgresSQL
