Senior Quality Assurance Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Assist QA Director in establishing a vision and strategic direction for the QA Team
- Able to champion quality practices within a project team and the organization
- Deliver superior quality products to our clients
- Concurrently work on multiple projects
- Be a vocal advocate for quality on all projects
- Represent HS2 Solutions’ quality practice in all client interactions
- Develop domain expertise in client's business to meet our high quality standard
- Work with the business development team to scope, size, and solution new opportunities
- Coach and mentor other team members and company members
- Continue expansion and development of new skills, techniques, and tools through continuous learning
- Take an active role in the QA community to develop new skills, network with other firms, and raise the profile of HS2 Solutions
A Perfect Candidate Will Have:
- BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of QA management experience with at least 1-2 years of Agile experience
- 3+ years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency in QA
- Experience testing a wide variety of systems including E-commerce, CRM, mobile applications, back-end services and databases
- Exposure to Selenium automated testing frameworks, TDD and BDD
- Worked with multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 4 to 8 people per team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in both Confluence / JIRA or equivalent tool for software development
- Tested software platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Magento, Hybris, and/or Salesforce
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Jmeter, Screaming Frog and Jenkins
- A basic understanding of web technologies including networking, hardware, software, and security
