So what do we want from you?

• Continual evolution of the company’s information security infrastructure to protect company assets from the ever changing information security landscape. Develop, implement, and enhance as necessary a multi-tiered information security roadmap.
• Responsible for identifying, assessing, and remediating security threats and vulnerabilities based on risk. Develops, implements, and communicates policies and procedures for incident escalation. Ability to identify and manage the scope and exposure associated with a security incident.
• Experienced working with internal / external auditors, state and federal regulators, compliance, and legal teams to insure information security policies and controls are in alignment with federal & state audits and exams.
• Evaluate, promote and implement information security software, hardware, and services in collaboration with information technology teams and business partners.  
• Develop an employee awareness program with training and measurable success metrics.
• Ability to conduct “risk” / “threat” self-assessments and develop appropriate risk controls. Experienced in conducting penetration test and running network vulnerability scans.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of security vulnerabilities and threats associated with the common blocks of a defense in depth strategy: facilities, people, network, applications, hosts, and data.

The successful applicant will possess the following requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in information security and audit/consulting, specifically performing penetration testing and vulnerability assessment engagements required.
• Experience in analyzing multiple aspects an of information security for organization. Previous experience in a support or development role, related to applications development, desktop, server, data, or network infrastructure preferred.
• Preferred certifications include GSEC, GCIH, GPEN, OSCP, OSCE, OSWP, CISA, CISM, CISSP.
• Previous military or government security clearance a plus.
