Key
Responsibilities


• Translate functional requirements into conceptual and detailed designs

• Implement proof of concept, prototypes, and production-grade software

• Create unit and acceptance tests, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance
team

• Implement robust, scalable, secure, and globalized features

• Make regular contributions to engineering standards and best practices

• Make regular contributions to test automation

• Enforce coding and peer review standards

• Mentor and lead junior team members



Qualifications



• Java, C# and/or other Object
Oriented Programming Languages

• SQL

• AWS or other demonstrable experience with open-source Cloud

• Experience in a DevOps Environment

• Big Data application design, development, and optimization

• NoSQL data modeling and administering

• HTML/CSS

• JavaScript

• Experience in an agile development environment

• Continuous integration and unit testing

• Ability and desire to learn new technologies

• Ability to understand big picture problems and develop solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and/or experience

• 6+ years of software development experience on world-class teams
