About The RoleWe’re looking for a self-motivated individual with exceptional search engine optimization skills and an analytical eye to boost our content driven product. This person must be a results driven, detail oriented problem solver who can take on the challenge of improving site-wide SEO on G2 Crowd. This person will have a hand in developing new strategies and programs to help multiple teams in creating search optimized content.
Responsibilities
- Work across product, research and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are being followed
- SEO keyword research and mapping
- Analyze, develop and test SEO strategies and programs
- Assist in technical implementation of strategies
- Complete competitor analysis
- Track and report on web page analytics
- Train others on best SEO practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of SEO strategy experience
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and analysis
- Proven track record of website optimization
- Familiar with Google Analytics and SEO tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Exceptional communication skills and work well on a team
- The ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture
