We are expanding our technology team and looking for a Software Architect who has built complex software solutions and infrastructures to aid in our rapid growth as we reinvent how consumers access high-quality legal services. Your responsibilities are to assist in and help manage every aspect of software and infrastructure development and architecture. You will architect and develop systems, services, APIs, processes, and help manage the SDLC from conceptualization to QA. You’ll have direct access to senior leadership, enjoy a fast-paced startup environment, and the ability to make a profound impact on a dramatically expanding company.

 Key Qualifications:

●       Exceptional programming skills in a modern language (i.e. Java, C#, Clojure, etc.)

●       Excellent knowledge of Software Architecture principles

●       Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, and when to use which

●       Proven understanding of cloud computing platforms (i.e. AWS, Azure) and their feature sets

●       Experience in API development

●       Distributed systems development and architecture

●       A desire to write clean and reusable code

 What you’ll do:

●       Time-series databases

●       Messaging systems (SQS, Service Bus, ZeroMQ, etc.)

●       Microservice-oriented architecture development

●       Salesforce administration and development

 Your responsibilities will include:

●       Collaborating with other professionals to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements for new software or applications

●       Helping define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards

●       Implementing systems and services that help the business achieve its industry-disrupting goals

●       Providing technical guidance and coaching to fellow developers and engineers
