The position:

As a Software Engineer you will have the opportunity to work on projects for a wide range of clients. You will partner closely across the technology, product and 3D artist teams in an effort to continue developing cutting edge, scalable, solutions using Unity3D and other technologies. You work with our research team throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial explorations through final deliverables. As such, the candidate must be able collaborate effectively and efficiently with multiple teams. We think about the impact to the customer at all phases of software development.  We have opportunities to solve customer projects with a wide variety of frameworks and platforms such as Unity3D, ASP.NET MVC, Azure SQL Server, Angular and many more. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing primarily for a Unity3D platform, helping productize common problems to drive ROI in a scalable way
  • Developing tools and workflows to refine internal process
  • Secondary duties include supporting and troubleshooting a live service

About you:

You’re passionate about asking and answering questions game engineering concepts and large data sets, and you are able to communicate that passion to product managers and engineers. You have a keen desire to solve business problems, and live to find the best possible solutions for our clients’ needs in research.

  • 2-3 years of Unity 3D or game equivalent/OOP
  • Support/troubleshooting skills on live service (backend systems)
  • Net MVC experience a plus
