Software Support Specialist
Summary:
This position will be responsible for providing excellent account management to our clients. This position will also be analyzing and providing technical support to the Software/Client issues on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee client engagements, including daily and weekly meeting/calls
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
- Provide regular two-way communication between the client and technical team
- Communicate clearly the progress of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Provide technical training to our clients (processing claims, adding a contract, etc.)
- Effectively communicate clients’ change requests by writing a Functional Design document
- Effectively communicate Functional Design to internal technical team
- Verify Internal technical team completes all client’s requirements
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing role, previous account manager preferred
- Proven sales ability and “presence” to deal effectively with senior-level contacts
- Experience using web-based software preferred
- Experience with CRM tools preferred
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong strategic thinking , teamwork, situational leadership and planning skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are required
- Highly, self-motivated personality with the ability to manage time
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Power Point
