Summary:
This position will be responsible for providing excellent account management to our clients. This position will also be analyzing and providing technical support to the Software/Client issues on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee client engagements, including daily and weekly meeting/calls
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
• Provide regular two-way communication between the client and technical team
• Communicate clearly the progress of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives
• Provide technical training to our clients (processing claims, adding a contract, etc.)
• Effectively communicate clients’ change requests by writing a Functional Design document
• Effectively communicate Functional Design to internal technical team
• Verify Internal technical team completes all client’s requirements

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree
• 2+ years of experience in client-facing role, previous account manager preferred
• Proven sales ability and “presence” to deal effectively with senior-level contacts
• Experience using web-based software preferred
• Experience with CRM tools preferred
