POSITION SUMMARY
Support the growth of Aetna & bswift membership by providing customer-focused, strategically oriented RFP questionnaire
responses for more complex RFPs. Information Consultants are also responsible for the network statistical portion of the
RFP response.

Fundamental Components:
completion of the request. Proposes solutions for meeting plan sponsors needs 
Gather information from source systems to complete standard requests which may include:
Network statistical data
Provider counts and reimbursement information
Turnover data
Questionnaire responses
Gather relevant standards and statistical facts for proposal
Identifies sample materials required for RFP including standard reports supplied to plan sponsor, product brochures,
id cards, etc
Customize questionnaire responses based on case-specific quotation strategy and customer priorities
Conduct thorough research to create questionnaire responses where a standard response does not exist 
Investigate network issues such as expansion, top hospital or pharmacy disruption analysis
Works with team to support follow-up questions or concerns related to submitted proposals which may include
clarification of statistics, additional product and service information, etc 
Supports field sales and service staff with ad hoc requests for information to create value-added materials to market

Participates in department projects and consultant and marketing surveys
RFP review, issue identification, and sourcing the questionnaire
review and use of mandatory forms
review of work for quality and accuracy 

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
past RFP experience
bachelors degree

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
