Mediafly is looking for an awesome Senior Product Manager to join us in defining and building the Evolved Selling experience across our suite of iOS, web, and desktop/laptop apps.

Responsibilities

You will drive existing product areas and help build new ones based on the high-level vision. You must have a strong blend of business and technical savvy, an eye for user experience and design, an ability to analyze data to influence and justify conclusions, and an ability to communicate with people of diverse backgrounds effectively. You are excited to serve as the first dedicated product manager on the team, and set the foundation for success. Most importantly, you must have the drive to make the product a reality.

We want to work with someone who:

• Serves as the quarterback for features and whole products from ideation through release
  
• Actively seeks out existing and new product feedback from clients, sales, and other users
  
• Deeply understands product feedback and business issues our clients are facing, and translate the solution into software
  
• Makes tough decision on prioritization and trade-offs between features and speed, and justifies those decisions with data
  
• Collaborates closely with engineering to work through product-level decisions and resolve questions quickly and correctly
  
• Works to improve themselves to grow into a lead/manager/director role
  
• Enjoys working together as part of a team to share ideas and push each other to create software they are proud of
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Masters degree a plus
  
• 4+ years of experience in software product management
  
• Experience with core product management, including custom analysis, market segmentation, operational management, and roadmap development
  
• Strong background in data analytics, including gathering, sanitizing, processing data, and deriving insights from data to make decisions
  
• Proven experience of managing products, budgets and justifying resource needs to senior leaders
  
• Very strong communication skills. You should be able to communicate your ideas clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and write simply and coherently
  
• Engineering and or engineering management experience a plus
  

Compensation

Packages include highly competitive salary that is dependent upon level of experience, as well as generous benefits (health, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and stock options).
