UI LABS is an energetic group with a startup atmosphere. It is result driven, agile and adaptive. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor payment system, including processing of accounts payable
- Code all expenditures to the general ledger, including the segregation of direct, indirect, and unallowable costs
- Audit all corporate credit card expenditures , including a monthly reconciliation with receipt submissions
- Maintain and administer the Organization’s timekeeping and expense reporting systems
- Assist the Accounting team with the migration to a new accounting system
- Support the Accounting team in the processing of monthly invoices issued by the Organization
Education and Experience
- Associate’s degree in accounting/ finance is required; Bachelor’s degree focused on accounting/ finance is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Deltek CostPoint and/ or QuickBooks is highly desirable.
