Our home base is an old textile building that’s been turned into a hip office with exposed brick and duct work, windows we can actually open during the summer and an open floor plan – no cubicle life here. There are a few offices, but we totally outnumber the office dwellers. The awesomeness doesn’t end there, we also have:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Functions
-Prepare and post cash-related transactions.
-Complete daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations.
-Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
-Prepare and analyze general ledger entries.
-Clear all identified reconciling items in a timely manner.
-Assist in additional monthly close activities.
-Ad hoc projects as determined by the Accounting Supervisors and Controller.

Competencies
-1-3 years of accounting experience.
-Bachelor degree in accounting or related field.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
-Critical thinker with analytical and problem solving skills.

Education
-CPA preferred.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
-Financial services industry experience helpful, but not necessary.
