As a Strategy Consultant at Mabbly, your role is to understand the client’s business strategy and identify areas of opportunity for growth in the digital channel.

Most importantly, this role is responsible leading the alignment between our client partners and our internal operations (creative, digital,  technology, and production) directors. This person is responsible for building strong relationships with our partners and gaining trust through every step of the way from strategy, project planning, and execution.

Requirements
  • 8+ years in management consulting, recovering law-school student, or digital marketing agency experience. And/or other non-traditional backgrounds with an understanding of business strategy, branding, go-to-market strategy, web design, or digital marketing execution.
  • Develop and execute interactive marketing strategies that enhance and exceed overall client performance expectations
  • Works cross functionally with departments leads (i.e. creative director, content strategist, head of technology, etc.) to implement strategy
  • Work closely with product managers to organize and plan the workflow of each partner in order to provide outstanding work–on time and on budget.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with partners and their leaders
  • “Go-to” person regarding day-to-day business of their assigned accounts
  • Proven ability to communicate at the executive level
  • Managing timelines at a high level (internally and externally)

What We Need in You

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required
  • Strong fundamental strategy and marketing skills across multiple channels
  • Must be a self-starter and problem solver
  • Eagerness to learn about different industries and businesses models.
  • Fire Starter, adaptive performer
  • The desire to be an outsourced executive without the political landmines
