About The RoleThe Support Engineer plays a critical role in our company, prioritizing and addressing internal requests that come to our development team through support channels. This person will ideally have strong project management skills as well as experience with light programming to form a valuable communication link between teams.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by internal stakeholders
  • Log all issues into our help desk and product/project management systems
  • Prioritize requests and delegate support work, escalating unresolved issues to appropriate members of the product team
  • Track internal support cases and bug fixes to completion
  • Document technical knowledge and solutions to recurring issues
  • Work with product managers on roadmap and project planning
  • Work in close coordination with designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define appropriate SLA’s

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage busy, company-wide support channels with a positive demeanor
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, organized in your work, and quick to take action
  • Experience working with help desk software
  • Strong technical skills and interest / experience in web development
