Responsibilities:

As the first System Administrator at Procured Health, you will manage the hardware and software systems that are critical to the operation of our business. Responsibilities include:

• Infrastructure Support: Administer all of Procured's IT infrastructure, including but not limited to, our email and productivity tools, teleconferencing and network infrastructure. Some of the software you’d be working with include: Google Apps, Office365, Slack, Meraki and more.


• Problem Solving: Solve technology related problems for all areas of the business.


• Desktop Support: Provision new hardware and software systems and train staff on how to use them.


• Network and Security Administration: Manage our networks -- including VPN access, log analysis and other security audits.


• Information Technology Policy: Develop and improve on our IT-related policies and determine how we measure adherence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field


• 4+ years experience in a similar role, with a desire to take on responsibility


• An excellent grasp of computer security at all levels


• A well developed problem solving approach, with a wide degree of creativity


• Familiarity with network design and configuration, wireless troubleshooting, etc.


• Scripting and automation experience


• You are a patient, personable and open-minded individual with a high level of maturity and excellent discretion


• A demonstrated track record for accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines


• You hold yourself and others to a high standard


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization skills
