Position Summary
We are looking for a full time Systems Admin to support our internal systems, desktops, and users. You will be responsible for onboarding, continued support, and off boarding of employees in a mixed Mac OS X / Windows environment. This will include but not limited to desktop support, application support, user login management across many SAAS offerings, basic networking, VOIP phones, and occasional server management.
As a member of the IT team, you will report to the CIO at higi. This position is responsible for overseeing a broad range of duties including:
· Employee onboarding / off boarding
· Desktop Support (Windows 7-10, Mac OS X, Parallels, VMWare, etc.)
· Application Support (Adobe, Microsoft, Slack, etc.)
· User Login Management across many SAAS offerings (Adobe, Atlassian, Microsoft Office365, etc.)
· Basic Networking (Router, Switch, PoE)
· VOIP Phones (RingCentral, AllWorx, Google Voice)
Qualifications / Required / Desired Skills
· Windows 7-10 Desktop Support
· Mac OS X Desktop Support
· Microsoft Office and Office 365 experience
· Basic Networking Experience (Firewalls, DHCP, PoE)
· VOIP Experience
· 3-5 years of experience working as a Systems Admin / Desktop Support
· Travel Required: Occasional Travel Required
