About Versay:

With the ascendance of mobile computing and the explosion of communication options it has enabled — from traditional voice calling and text messaging to mobile apps to emerging conversational chat and intelligent assistant platforms — consumers have more choice than ever when deciding how to engage their service providers. In light of these choices, companies are turning to trusted partners with the right expertise to deliver the best possible service experience to their customers. Improvements in natural language understanding and artificial intelligence, and the mainstream adoption of speech-enabled consumer platforms and devices provided by Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, and Google are opening up new business opportunities.

As our company grows to meet increasing client demand and expand our product offerings, Versay Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team. This is a highly dynamic and fast-paced position that will be best filled by someone who has experience engaging with enterprise IT, contact center management, and customer experience teams, especially within a cloud context.

When we say Technical Account Manager, we mean it. Our solutions typically are comprised of a number of different communications technologies including: IVR and call routing platforms, natural language speech recognition, SIP/RTP VoIP networks, voice biometrics, and web services. The TAM needs to be able to speak with confidence about these and related technologies especially within the context of emerging omni- and opti-channel customer care strategies. We are seeking someone who appreciates the intrinsic value of excellent experience design, demonstrates a sustained commitment to meaningful, quality work, and is motivated by exceeding customer expectations.

The Position

  • Proactively initiate and manage the post-sale relationship with clients to ensure a positive experience and successful ongoing partnership
  • Engage with clients to earn their trust as a go-to expert on products and services provided by Versay and our partners
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to grow business and expand company value with clients
  • Liaise with Business Development, Product Development, and Delivery teams to help keep everyone up-to-speed on client requests, product updates, and current work streams
  • Collaborate with Project Management and other team members to ensure timely delivery on current projects and prompt resolution of any open issues

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, evidenced by your ability to juggle many things at once.
  • You are equally comfortable communicating at a high “big picture” level and in highly-detailed contexts.
  • You are able to translate technical complexity to non-technical audiences.
  • You have a positive outlook and an innate drive to solve problems.

The Team

  • We value a friendly, thoughtful, and clear communication style.
  • We strive for attention to detail, empathy, and responsiveness.
  • Our customers choose us because of the care we bring to every engagement, the quality of the work product we deliver, and our long-term view of working relationships, both with one another and with clients — no problem is too complex, no challenge too difficult to solve.
