As a member of kCura’s Commercial Platform group, you will work with 3rd party developers to help them deliver solutions that enhance Relativity functionality and workflows. You will be required to have a full technical understanding of the Relativity Platform. You will gather detailed business requirements, understand the request and provide prototyped solutions. You will work closely with the developers to ensure they have a complete understanding of the solutions. You will be responsible for standard kCura Level 1 type support. You may be required to handle technical support calls after hours about seven times a year.

 

Responsibilities

  • On a daily basis, responds to client questions, problems, and work requests.
  • Provides excellent customer service using the communication methods designated by kCura.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, with both colleagues and clients, in written and verbal forms.
  • Understands the functionality of our platform tools, including our API’s, extensibility points, and the Relativity infrastructure.
  • Balances strong judgment, intuition, research findings, customer feedback, stakeholder input, and time constraints to ensure developers have the information and tools needed to create solutions on the Relativity Platform.
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
  • Uses SQL applications and tools to run SQL queries.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: 

  • BS or BA in computer science, engineering, business IT, or comparable work experience 
  • Experience in web development using technologies such as JavaScript, ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL
  • Experience in communicating with customers directly

Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Facilitation and inquiry skills
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle; Agile experience a plus
