Technical Product Manager

The Technical Product Manager will generally work on the Relativity software development platform, building tools that internal or external developers will use build apps on top of the Relativity platform to extend its functionality. The Manager will work closely with a highly technical SCRUM team to build parts of a technical platform for an enterprise application in the legal space.
Responsibilities
Candidate should have an in depth understanding of technical concepts, be able to gather requirements from stakeholders, clearly articulate the vision for each product release and anticipate, identify and ensures resolution of possible technical and business implications of each release. The position involves talking with clients to get feedback on products and gather requirements, demonstrate new functionality to internal and external stakeholders, managing current projects that are in development, reviewing documentation, preparing materials for marketing to use at release time, educating internal groups on how new functionality works, ensuring tech support has the information they need to support the product once it goes out the door.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ work experience that includes systems development and analysis, and business analysis
- Strong technical understanding of the Microsoft technology stack
- Strong business acumen
- Proven experience in gathering requirements and assessment of requirements to both technical and business applications
- 2+ years working in an agile environment
- Highly effective systemic thinking skills
- Superior communication skills with proven ability to relate with both technical and business professionals
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical and project management skills
