Experience Architect / Senior Experience Architect


We are looking for a talented Experience Architect to join our Chicago office. If you have a burning drive to create the best digital experiences by producing research like a scientist and designs like an artist then we would love to talk to you. Senior Experience Architects at Rightpoint can easily move back and forth between leading interdisciplinary teams and working independently. They possess the ability to generate and expand project requirements and identify the right solutions to meet them. They take risks and push the push projects and team members towards areas that may not have been thought possible.

What you need to have:


· An amazing online portfolio that showcases multiple types of projects and solutions that you have lead


· 4-7 years of professional experience in the experience design field


· A tireless desire to learn and a great collaborative attitude


· Ability to be a true partner with clients


· Understanding of holistic design processes


· Rock solid presentation skills that establish trust with clients and teammates


· Mastery in creative, office and UX design tools such as Axure, Sketch and Invision


· Ability to prototype complex, detailed solutions


· Advanced research methodologies and analysis


· A burning passion for extracting the beauty out of a complex problem


· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field


It’s also great if you have:


· Agency experience


· CMS, portal or product design knowledge


· Media editing capabilities (for research documentation)


· Additional design education such as certificates, workshops or interships


· Ability to win Jeopordy if the categories revolved around punk rock, sneakers and cooking shows
