 Position Details:

From day one you will be working on critical enterprise applications. We need someone to focus on the visual execution, creating beautifully crafted experiences with thoughtful interactions, in partnership with a user experience designer. From typographic scale to element hierarchy, you care about consistency, but also know when to create unique elements to meet people’s needs. In your mind, showing is always better than telling.

While you have a practical approach to get things done, you also challenge what you do today. You refine or change the visual design based on usage and observation. As you uncover how end users actually work, you make better ways to engage interest and help people get their jobs done.

There will be a lot of room for individual contribution, but you won’t be alone. You will be working within a dedicated and

growing User Experience team. Reporting to the UX Lead, you will get feedback and guidance on overall direction, and you will participate in design reviews with other team members.

We invest in our team growth by having the opportunity to attend industry conferences. We also assign a dedicated mentor to help you achieve your professional growth goals.

If this sounds interesting, come join us. We are a growing team with complex products. With every iteration, we are challenged to balance organizational, product owner and stakeholder concerns with what people using the products need.

Some things that would help when you apply:

- Experience with enterprise web-based application design

- Portfolio or case studies of projects you have worked on

- Familiarity with current web technology and development approaches

- Familiarity with Agile development processes, and how design fits in

- Bonus points for motion design experience (with examples).
