Senior UX/UI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will contribute to the design and usability of websites and web-based applications throughout the conceptualization, development, and implementation process. What your day will look like (most days):
- Working within a cross functional team to develop enhancements in a highly iterative fashion; including: active participation with clients, product owners, and internal development teams. The User Experience team is critical in creating a solution that’s used by our global clients – including top tier movie studios, sports networks, and cable providers.
- Design high impact, widely used applications in the B2B and B2C space. Functional areas include customer signup/registration, compelling and actionable purchase flows, customer care applications, and platform configuration applications.
- Drive the direction of new features by creating wireframes, mockups, or detailed design specifications to give a comprehensive view to clients and executives.
- Working with tools and technologies such as Sketch 3, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Invision, etc.
- Provide thought leadership to evolve existing functionality and respond to ever-changing industry and client needs.
- Perform under minimal supervision on significantly complex assignments and provide mentorship to junior members of the team.
To be considered for this game changer role, you have:
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Interface Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related fields.
- Experience with tools and technologies such as Sketch 3, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Invision, etc.
- 8+ years background focused in UX/UI Design experience, including prototyping and system design or relevant experience. Online portfolio may be requested.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XAML (highly preferred)
- Well versed in scrum methodology and working in an Agile environment.
