You believe that great product aesthetics literally stimulate the pleasure centers of human brains. You collaborate with your UX colleagues to give a touch of life to their cold, hard, logical wireframes. You believe design is love, design inspires, design motivates. You believe great products should also feel terrific when used.

You can step into the shoes of the brand and extend it into delightful, polished, and engaging digital experiences that range from simple to extremely complex and data-heavy.

We are looking for a mid to senior User Interface Designer with at least five years of experience working with complex digital products. You will join our Chicago office and be a part of a quickly growing team of Product Managers, Designs, and Engineers.

Professional level portfolio is required as part of the application submission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the advocate for delightful design: create style guides, interfaces, and production assets for mobile and web products
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers in a dual-track Scrum workflow, building large, complex digital products
  • Research, share, and advance the practice of User Interface Design
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 5 years of UI design experience working with digital products
  • Proficient with Sketch and InVision
  • Experience across web and mobile platforms
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Agency, large consultancy, or product company background a plus
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
Benefits:
  • A digital products focused company with a variety of challenging engagements with upper mid-market and Fortune organizations
  • Ability to work as part of an engaged, young, and energetic management team
  • Sponsored participation in professional improvement events
  • Competitive salary and performance based bonuses
  • Health and dental insurance
  • Three weeks paid vacation plus standard United States holidays
  • 401(k) plan
  • Maternity/Paternity leave benefit
  • Gym membership
  • Team building events, Friday lunches and a stocked kitchen
  • Employee referral program
