WHO ARE YOU
You are a User Experience Designer. You’ll work Engineers, Product Managers, and other Designers to build and improve our health-tech products that drive impact and action for patients and physicians. As the UX Designer it’s essential that you are driven, collaborative, and excited about solving interesting, sophisticated, and unique problems.
You have a passion for people and want your work to have real impact on patient lives. Experience working with complex problem spaces and/or healthcare is a plus. You design for empathy and architect for happiness. You’re seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a practicing designer
- Experience creating a design process with empathy for users, identified specific opportunities, sketched out compelling solutions, and worked with others to build product
- Hyper collaborative individual who works closely with a team and values others' contributions in a fun and fast paced environment
- Great communication with an agile team as well as driving the product vision with others in the organization
- An understanding of web technologies and mobile apps is also important for this role
