Our home base is an old textile building that’s been turned into a hip office with exposed brick and duct work, windows we can actually open during the summer and an open floor plan – no cubicle life here. There are a few offices, but we totally outnumber the office dwellers. The awesomeness doesn’t end there, we also have:

So what do we want from you?

We are looking for a highly creative and extremely focused Videographer & Editor to help in executing our video production. We need a quick thinker who can help us make a big impact in an ever and always changing industry. This person will produce and edit videos for marketing and sales. The Videographer & Editor will be part of the content marketing team and will work cross-functionally with the creative team.

What you will be responsible for:

• Coordination of all facets of video production including brainstorming of ideas, planning, production and post-production editing
• Work with marketing team to generate video content for social media, YouTube channel, overall brand videos, product videos, brand ambassador videos, customer testimonials, and more
• Work with the sales team to generate video content such as brand demos, education pieces, new product video presentations, etc.
• Ensuring that videos are on-brand & meet the Guaranteed Rate voice
• Post-production editing of all pieces to effectively tell the right story to our audience

Who you are:

• You have a reel demonstrating a natural eye and shows you are a good storyteller
• You understand the full spectrum of the production process including camera operation, lighting and audio capture
• You are a multitasker who can work on several video projects at once
• You are calm under pressure and can troubleshoot any production issues with ease
• You understand the best editing software to get the job done
• You know how to communicate effective messaging as it relates to video content
• You can work independently and with a team
• You are willing to travel as needed for on location projects
• Photography and animation experience isn’t necessary but is a bonus
