In this position, you will be part of a team responsible for creating our online promotions, offline marketing and merchandising materials, E-Mails, Banner Ads, Video’s and more!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to translate user needs and business goals into actionable designs.
• Realize the design strategy through mood and storyboard concepts to establish the visual design approach.
• Work with User Experience Designers, Business Analysts and Developers to develop and iterate a visual design that exceeds the goals of the project.
• Leverage the capabilities of Rich Internet Applications and other technologies to create intuitive and elegant user interactions.
• Articulate and support design decisions based on the goals of the project, the established design strategy, and knowledge of design theory.
• Work with UX team members to develop experience style guides, including sustainable and maintainable visual design languages and systems, interaction patterns, and information design standards.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders in a professional and logical manner.
• Produce design artifacts for site development.
