The Vice President of Product is a strong technology evangelist responsible for managing our agile product team, translating our vision and product strategy into market dominating products, as well as enhancing our platform strategy and powerful integrations with our current and future partners.

The right candidate will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the SpringCM’s platform, Document Generation, Document Management and Workflow capabilities as to be able to continue differentiating our product in the market
  • Engage with customers, sales, professional services and developers to understand their needs and build the next generation of SpringCM’s document centric platform and apps
  • Think API and mobile first, develop solutions with focus on user experience and high adoption rates
  • Conduct industry and competitive research to influence our product strategy and future roadmaps
  • Hire and mentor strong technical PMs to develop and grow as successful product managers
REQUIREMENTS
  • BCS in Computer Science or higher degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in agile product management
  • Excellent understanding of the intricacies of building a document centric platform to support full automation of enterprise business processes
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand best practices and application architecture when it comes to building a platform rather than just an application
  • Ability to translate user feedback and behavioral data into decisions and requirements for the development of future products
  • High integrity, team-focused approach: collaboration skills to build alliances across company and work with diverse teams
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, written and communication skills
  • Proven ability to ship software to enterprise level customers multiple times a month
  • Experience in the salesforce ecosystem, understanding how to build AppExchange apps and integrate with the force.com a plus
