What You'll Do
In this role, you will own the overall management and execution of B2B marketing support systems and platforms, including the Seismic Sales Enablement platform. This includes the administration, configuration, upgrades and governance. The administrator must have a deep understanding and experience with Seismic and possess the technical skills to execute on all aspects of the system. They will have demonstrated leadership competencies to run a governance program with critical thinking skills, platform advocacy and excellent collaboration skills. Familiarity with an agile approach is imperative. They must be able to work closely with internal and external business partners in service of enabling this robust suite of tools. They will work closely with marketing colleagues, Salesforce and Technology teams to create and deliver a roadmap of the platform throughout the Seismic lifecycle.

  • Create and maintain the product roadmap of feature, functions, and integrations with Seismic and any related system and service.
  • Regularly audit the content used within B2B marketing support systems and platforms. Work with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure that content is following a standard content lifecycle.
  • Support end-users with any questions or concerns that may have. Intake new content requests and filter them to the appropriate teams for servicing.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the B2B marketing support systems and platforms, and other associated technologies. They will determine how it can best be utilized to maximize the end-user experience and effectiveness for the Marketing organization and its' partners.
  • Partner with Technology, Treasury Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to establish alignment and efficiency across teams and planned feature releases/projects
  • Responsible for all system documentation, controls and adherence to Wintrust Standards


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of Seismic, Salesforce or other marketing platforms such as Drupal product experience.
  • Ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues.
  • Seismic certification required or ability to pass certification within 3 months of hiring.
  • A deep technical understanding of underlying of B2B marketing processes and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce; Salesforce administrator certification a plus
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and closely regulated companies is a plus.
