As an Accounts Receivable Analyst with VTS, you will use your attention to detail, strong communication skills and strong customer service skills to help us respond to inquiries for accounts receivable. You’ll be working hand in hand with the current Accounts Receivable Analyst and will have the opportunity to also work cross functionally within the finance & sales teams. Your days will include a mix of reviewing customer accounts, applying payments and answering inquiries to external and internal inquiries about payments, invoices and resolving issues with delinquent accounts. In six months, you’ll know you’re a success when you are seamlessly handling inquiries and navigating our internal systems each day with little oversight.

To thrive in this role, you should be extremely detail oriented and be able to execute with a high level of urgency. You should have a growth mindset both for VTS and for yourself. You should be hungry for opportunities and access - you will have plenty of both here! 

Here’s what you can expect as an Accounts Receivable Analyst:

  • Effectively Communicate: You will correspond using strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers responding to any inquiries about payments and invoices, resolving disputes and following up on delinquent accounts.
  • Multitask: You will effectively manage multiple customer accounts at once while resolving and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Payment Application: On a daily basis you will apply cash receipts to the customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support: A critical aspect of the role is supporting the Finance and sales team in order to achieve Company goals around cash collections and DSO. 
  • Be curious: In your role and identify potential improvements such as automations and data integrity checks

Pay Transparency

At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. Base salary is market driven at the point in time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between  $56,700 to $69,300  and is determined by a few factors including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling and geography.
