About the role

You'll collaborate with customers, engineers, designers, and product managers to guide products and features from conception to launch. We seek a self-starting, data-driven individual who can help us extend established products and take new products to market. You can expect to do the following:

  • Attain a deep understanding of the mission and strategy of Vail and your team
  • Ensure your team is aligned with its mission and strategy
  • Synthesize data from myriad sources to drive and communicate product requirements
  • Define measurable goals and clearly articulate ways to achieve those goals
  • Interface with various stakeholders ranging from highly technical to non-technical
  • Ensure successful execution and shipment of deliverables
  • Analyze whether your team achieved their goals

About Yourself

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or similar technical field
  • Ability to think strategically about the big picture and tactically about the day-to-day
  • Excellent analytical, data gathering, organizational, and communication skills
  • Aptitude for understanding high level technical feasibility and complexity
  • Keen attention to detail and sharp design instincts
  • Natural curiosity and thirst for knowledge
  • Adaptability and willingness to help out wherever needed
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment where ambiguity may arise
