Category Manager - Semiconductors
-Define and implement category strategies that meet Zebra Technologies business and customer needs, and that provide Zebra Technologies with a competitive advantage.
-Engage with the senior leadership team of key suppliers to establish deep supplier relationships and build/extend relationships across the business unit.
-Effectively communicate category strategies to the business unit and engineering leaders within Zebra Technologies.
-Lead the negotiation of complex contracts and event driven cost reductions.
-Evaluate complex situations to develop and implement a preferred solution for the maximum benefit of the business.
-Lead quarterly business review process to drive continuous improvement in cost, delivery, and quality performance.
-Lead Strategic Component Teams to develop and implement a technology roadmap and to ensure new products are utilizing parts from the roadmap.
-Uphold company fiduciary responsibilities; actively ensure and maintain adherence to company standards and values, business controls, ethics, policies and procedures, and professional standards.
-Support all supply-continuity issues utilizing key supplier relationships to ensure maximum supply continuity to meet Zebra’s customer commitments.
