The Opportunity:

We're looking for a passionate Content Manager to be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve marketing goals. As Content Manager, you will identify best practices, perform well under deadlines, and be detail-oriented. In addition, you will ensure that you are writing marketing content for SEO optimization, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience. In addition, you will oversee marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.

A Day in the Life:

  • Writing, editing, and proofreading all marketing content that provokes engagement
  • Liaise closely with digital manager, SEO, and graphic designers
  • Formulating a cross-platform content strategy
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout

Role Progression 
Within 1 month, you will:

  • Familiarize yourself with Litera's products by pair-programming with cross-functional teammates, attending training sessions presented by your peers, and completing product certification in the learn Litera LMS
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user's engagement metrics
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Create content to include storytelling and value for each communication channel (presentations, videos, webinars, website, blogs, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate the effectiveness of our marketing content, strategy, and materials to make continuous process improvements
  • Optimize content according to SEO
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content team is on board
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user's engagement metrics

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase website traffic
  • Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing content creation strategies to generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention
  • Work closely with HR on any internal communications needs or potential partnerships
  • Work with the sales team on messaging or sales material needs

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or related field
  • 3-4 years agency experience or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media management and platforms
  • Ability to develop content that provokes engagement
  • Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices
  • Ideally, have experience managing a global marketing team
  • Willingness to have fun, laugh, and be part of a great team invested in collective success
  • Experience working in legal practice, enterprise, or SaaS industry
  • Thrive in a dynamic, agile, and fast-paced environment
  • A strong desire to keep learning new things!
