Position Details

The Head of Writing will work with leadership from all CardX teams to ensure excellence, precision, and thoughtfulness in the company’s written communications.

This role requires unwavering commitment to excellence in writing, obsessive attention to detail, and creative thinking about how to turn exceptional communication into a company cornerstone. Initial projects will include developing tone and voice standards, working with leadership and outside firms to refine brand messaging, and regularly reviewing the work product of other teams to achieve a superlative level of polish for important deliverables.
