Translate company strategies and goals into effective deliverables

Understand and meet the company’s brand and writing standards; form partnerships with team members and customers to maintain standards

Be an advocate for effective creative across all channels; deliver work that is clear, accurate, intelligent, and a good reflection of our brand

Role Repsonsibilities

  • Collaborate with Relativity teams to conceptualize new and iterate on existing deliverables for varying placements (including digital, print, and experiential media) and in support of product releases, events, campaigns, evolving brand standards, and thought leadership
  • Attend project meetings; present work and share updates
  • Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously; demonstrate strong planning skills by setting and meeting realistic deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong ideation skills; pitch and defend creative work to team members backed by experience and research; effectively negotiate solutions that are in the best interest of the project and Relativity brand
  • Work with the web team to optimize copy based on SEO and best practices for all digital properties
  • Work closely with the PR and HR teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across external channels

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, creative writing, communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in creative writing and corporate communications
  • Intermediate knowledge in fundamental writing standards (spelling, grammar, AP style guide, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail in the creation and iteration of work product
  • Ability to rough-sketch solutions via paper or whiteboard in a group environment
  • Ability to gather and streamline feedback and effectively apply it to revisions and future work
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-drive, team environment with quickly shifting priorities
