As Amount continues to grow and scale our platform, we are looking to hire a Technical Writer to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement that values technical documentation. You will work closely with our Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to build out our documentation infrastructure for both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll work on:

• Produce and maintain high-quality and accurate documentation including User Guides, Developer Documentation, API/SDK Docs, Integration Guides, etc.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to build and maintain a documentation infrastructure and reduce tribal knowledge
• Establish metrics for gauging the effectiveness of our documentation efforts
• Assist with any other documentation needs as necessary

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field), English, or equivalent experience
• You have 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a related role
• You have a passion for writing clear, concise, and accurate content
• You have experience creating documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to read and write code samples with a familiarity with REST APIs
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a diverse group of people with different expertise
