• Guaranteed Rate is looking for a new VIDEO EDITOR to join their in-house video team!

  Our home base is an old textile building that’s been turned into a hip office with exposed brick and duct work, windows we can actually open during the summer and an open floor plan – no cubicle life here.   So what do we want from you?

  It’s simple - you:

  • Assist videographers with videos they shoot, such as set up, lighting, and audio 
  • Must orginize and categorize all video projects
  • Work independtly to drive all video projects forward 
  • Review all video raw materials to create a video based on the scenes’ value 
  • Trim footage into segments and put together the sequence of the video
  • Create rough and final cuts, to ensure logical sequencing
  • Provide highlevel guidence on all video projects and review any creative briefs
  • Educate and communicate  editorial best practices 

   

  Qualifications:

  • Soild experience with Adobe Premier at least 2-5 years
  • Critical thinking skills to visulize and produce quality content 
  • Make logitcal story telling decisions to enhance the flow of the videos 
  • Good grasp on time management
  • Must be calm under pressure and can troubleshoot any production issues with ease
