IT Support Specialist
Description
As a member of our high performing team, your days will normally consist of the following activities:
● Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
● Assist with administration of software tools like TeamCity, Jira, Confluence, and various
Cloud Services.
● Maintain the IT Asset Management System ensuring that all assets are recorded and
updated/removed when necessary.
● Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures, specifically laptop
images.
● Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues.
● Configure software and hardware for secure operation, including installation of security.

● Research and recommend software and hardware solutions.
● Other administrative and operational tasks that are assigned.
● Software updates, and other configurations as required.
● Assist with administration of AWS, Azure, Rackspace, and Google Cloud Platform
accounts in addition to networks/servers built in those environments
● Assist with evidence gathering related to ongoing compliance for SOCII
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and organizational skills.
To excel in these daily activities, a IT Support Specialist at Productive Edge would make use of the following experience and skills (not all of these are required, but highly desirable):
● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
● Ability to quickly troubleshoot and analyze problems and develop timely, budget-conscious responses
● Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems (Mac),
network systems, and VOIP phone systems
● Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
● Experience working in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to initiate, coordinate, and execute plans
● Experience in Active Directory configuration is a plus
● Experience with AWS, Azure services management is a plus
● Network configuration experience is a plus (Fortinet, AWS, Azure, VPN)
