The Junior Computer Support and Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting end-users, clients and assist in maintaining our infrastructure. He/she will help manage hardware and software procurement, and installation. With a growing company, we are looking for someone that will ensure employees are optimally equipped to effectively get their jobs done day in and day out. The individual will be willing to get his/her hand dirty to solve problems, as well as, responsible for handling day-to-day operations relating to information technology for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the CRM database (Salesforce, P2) and all existing third-party plug in’s, which revolves around providing system support for end users.
  • Set up new hires with equipment and appropriate access to the company’s system.
  • Manage, troubleshoot, implement, diagnose, and apply best practices to office communication systems, software installation including VoIP.
  • Provides implementation and operational support for network, Firewall and telecommunications infrastructure. 
  • Provide technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems.
  • Create and enforce processes for handling changes requests related to CRM (Salesforce, P2), basic IT requests, and additional systems.
  • Assist in writing system documentation, system specifications/requirements, presentations, correspondence, reports, and training materials.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, Deploy and verify software patches as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining dashboards, reports, storage, and data cleaning, which includes identifying issues in fields relating to duplicates, merged data, and         determining what fields can be deleted.
  • Maintaining security access of systems as well as workflows and third party apps.
  • Assist departments in researching, implementing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting new tools and technologies

Requirements:

  • Associates degree, trade school certification, computer science or other verifiable experience in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a tech environment, CRM technology (P2, Salesforce), or equivalent critical environment; A+ certification
  • Experience with VoIP technologies
  • Experience with a Mac and Windows environment, including configuration, support and troubleshoot
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, constantly changing work environment.
  • After initial training, able to work with little supervision.
  • Ability to identify and help create documentation, and conduct research into a wide range of computing issues
  • Ability to climb, crawl, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
